Regarding the orthodontic treatment, patient satisfaction is our top priority. We regret that this was not the case for you and that we didn't realize it when you completed your treatment months ago. Regarding the care, although we have a coordinated clinical team, we are sorry if you felt the lead dentist's presence was not as expected. As for the issue with the fixed retainer, our initial protocol is usually to reinforce the bond to save the tooth, if possible. If a complete replacement is ultimately chosen outside the treatment warranty period, this involves a cost for materials and laboratory services, although we completely understand your frustration.
