The service is phenomenal; they have a knack for providing a truly welcoming experience. The reception team makes your visit a pleasant one, providing everything you need. Furthermore, the dentists are excellent at building a strong and trusting relationship between patient and dentist.

I didn't feel rushed, pressured, or treated like a salesperson. Quite the opposite: they dedicated time to understanding my case, and Agustín explained the treatment options to me honestly and personally. I haven't started treatment yet, but I wanted to highlight the excellent care, the team's friendliness, and the confidence they inspire. Without a doubt, a very positive first experience. I can't wait to begin. Thank you all so much 🙏😍. I want to sincerely thank the team for their professionalism and compassion on several occasions. The first time, they extracted two wisdom teeth at the same time, and it was quick, completely painless, and done with the utmost care. On another occasion, they also gave me an impeccable dental cleaning, performed with patience and respect, demonstrating true dedication. The second time, I went in for an emergency with severe TMJ pain; I arrived crying from the pain and they treated me with immense kindness and compassion. They calmed me down, explained everything thoroughly, and made me an emergency splint. I left feeling much calmer and relieved. Before paying, everything was 10... then the results weren't at all what we expected and they said *EVERY PATIENT IS DIFFERENT* I know that, but don't try to sell me the idea before I pay and then come out with this.

Overall, a bad experience: few appointment times to choose from, changes of professionals mid-treatment, lack of communication between them. I generally do not recommend it.

I had my teeth cleaned and I highly recommend it. Elena was the one who took care of me, and besides being very kind and professional, she makes you feel comfortable the whole time and explains each step very patiently.
