s professionalism and the care and attention of the entire team, the procedure went much better than I expected. I barely felt any discomfort on the day of the extraction, and the recovery process was very smooth. The follow-up appointment with Dr. Diana to remove the stitches and assess my progress was impeccable. I felt supported and in very good hands at all times. I can only give them positive feedback and wholeheartedly recommend them. I'm now continuing my treatment at the Francesc Macià clinic, where the experience has also been excellent. 100% recommended.

The experience at this clinic leaves much to be desired. Everyone is super nice before paying, and once the payment is made, you have to insist even to contact them. I've had several treatments, including Invisalign, after a friend recommended it, who, incidentally, wasn't satisfied either (the main doctor hardly ever saw me as advertised). into that discussion here since I finished the treatment months ago. The thing is, I went today because my fixed retainer felt loose. They cut it at the time and then glued it back on. What they did today was pour more dental cement on the retainer instead of replacing it. They then told me that if it continues to cause problems, they'd have to remove it and I'd be left with just the removable retainers, since they couldn't make it more permanent. I heard this and asked if I wanted to get another fixed one, and how much would it cost, to which they replied, 150 euros. 0 guarantees, if you pay it can be put back on but if not, it's for oral reasons that it can't be done.

If a complete replacement is ultimately chosen outside the treatment warranty period, this involves a cost for materials and laboratory services, although we completely understand your frustration. I highly recommend them. I went for a dental cleaning, and beforehand, they took an X-ray to assess my teeth. (The clinic and staff were incredibly attentive.) Dr. Alejandro saw me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning, as I have very sensitive teeth. He was very professional, explaining everything while showing me the X-ray and making sure I understood.

y consultation with a doctor, I was instead called by a receptionist who had just returned from her break, I assume. She briefly explained what would be included in my treatment plan and showed me a PDF, which I did not fully understand. She then simply showed me the price on paper. While I understand that discussing costs is necessary, this experience made me feel more like just another patient being billed rather than someone receiving proper care. Additionally, while waiting for the receptionist, I asked another receptionist(there were two) if I could have the consultation in English. She said no but assured me that she would help; which she didn’t. I do not feel comfortable paying €1200 for orthopedic splint upfront without fully understanding my condition and the proposed treatment. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion from another dentist before making any financial commitment at this clinic.
