I went to get a buccal fat removal procedure. Any specialist doctor would only need 30 or 40 minutes for both cheeks, but they kept me there for 2.5 hours. I left with my face incredibly swollen. What you're asking us to do, seven months later, is to pay you a sum of money via bank transfer, without you even coming to the clinic to see you and verify the problem you're describing. I went to the clinic for a peel. There was NO positive difference in my skin. On the contrary, my skin was left rough, pimply, and very, very dry. There was no peeling as expected. I bought two vials by mistake when I only wanted one. They told me not to worry, that I could use them whenever I wanted without any problem. Imagine my surprise when I called and they told me they had expired and that there was nothing they could do. At the very least, they could have warned me about this from the beginning (which they didn't) or called me to tell me they were about to expire.
