I searched for a quote at several clinics and finally decided on them. I just completed a prosthesis treatment. I am satisfied with the result, the excellent care, and the professionalism of Dr. Letizia and Dr. Panayiotis. he cleaning, it was **mandatory to have an X-ray**, something that had never happened to me at other clinics and that **was not mentioned in the voucher terms and conditions**. After a superficial examination of less than two minutes, the dentist told me that **they couldn't do the cleaning without first applying anesthesia and performing an additional procedure**, which **cost €200**, completely outside of what was advertised. When I refused, and to my surprise, **they refused to perform the treatment included in the voucher**, even though I don't have any serious dental problems. I got the distinct impression that they are trying to force unnecessary treatments to justify additional payments. **I do not recommend this clinic.** I believe their operating methods are not transparent and can put people unfamiliar with these types of services in a vulnerable position.
