I went with a Smartbox gift certificate and had a deep tissue massage with Javier. I left quite happy and booked an appointment for a month later, intending to return every month and even buy a package of sessions. y annoyed by the cancellation and responded very rudely, with a sarcastic tone and in a highly unprofessional manner. Because of this, I decided not to reschedule. It's a shame how the actions of just one person can completely ruin the experience and cause the company to lose a potential customer who was otherwise very happy.

They are very professional and the facilities are very clean.
I went for a massage and it was fantastic. Javier is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facilities are modern, clean, and welcoming. All the staff are very nice. I highly recommend it.
They partner with Smartbox to advertise themselves, but when you call to make an appointment, the first thing they ask is if you have one of those boxes and they tell you there are no appointments available for more than a month.

I've been receiving treatment at this center for two years now, and I'm delighted. I'm in excellent hands. I've had several treatments, and a few months ago I started Invisalign, which I highly recommend. It's incredibly comfortable, and the results are noticeable right away. They are fantastic professionals.

Dr. Javier Orellana is an excellent professional. I met him many years ago when several professionals decided against saving two of my teeth. I can say that he continues to be my doctor today. And of course, he continues to have my complete trust. A great professional and humane team.
Completely disappointed. We had a 45-minute massage package for two, as advertised on the website, but we only received a 30-minute session. The massage itself also left much to be desired, in my opinion and based on my experience with other physiotherapists I've tried.
