The clinic was spotless, from the reception area and waiting room to the hallways, and especially the room where we had our massage. The physiotherapist was a true professional. My boyfriend and I left with completely refreshed backs, and it was only a 25-minute session, as it was a Wonderbox experience. Well, after meeting the receptionist for a one-hour massage through a smartbox... they only gave me a 30-minute massage. I feel a little ripped off. I didn't travel halfway around Madrid for 30 minutes. It was a 30-minute massage for two people. Since one of them couldn't go, they combined it for the other person....Total 60 minutes for one person.
