She takes the time to explain every step, listens to concerns without judgment, and makes sure you feel comfortable before starting anything. Her assistants are just as wonderful — calm, reassuring, and always checking in to make sure you’re okay. You can tell this is a team that genuinely cares about their patients. The atmosphere in the office is peaceful and positive, and they work together seamlessly. One thing that made a huge difference for me is that they speak both English and Spanish, which makes communication easy and comfortable for so many people. They go above and beyond to ensure every patient feels understood and at ease. If you’re someone who is scared of the dentist like I was, this is the place to go. They have completely changed my experience and my perspective. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually feel calm walking into a dental appointment now. I came to them with a serious and complicated problem, and after two years and a lot of work, I can say that this is one of the clinics with the best team I've ever seen! Dr. Lis has infinite patience, she makes you feel calm and her work is impeccable.
While visiting Barcelona, I had a dental emergency which caused excruciating pain. I called them and they booked me in the same day, and despite me not speaking Spanish they did the best to explain everything to me in great detail. doing it back in my home country. I highly recommend them, they obviously love what they do and the whole team of nurses and doctors are lovely and caring! If you are easily stressed or afraid of dentists, they will definitely help you relax! The prices are good and they work fast, without hurting you and with a big smile on their face while doing so! Dr Maria and Liss are amazing, and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me!

The first visit requires you to pay €50. No clinic does this on the first visit; I went to two more in the same week. On top of that, others offer free pantomime, meaning €50 for an estimate and diagnosis. The treatment is cordial and professional, but they didn't diagnose any cavities I had, which they did when I went to other clinics. Then they bill me.

The Casanova 25 clinic has a very efficient team. The receptionist is very charming and helpful. I went in for a gum problem, which they resolved very easily. I had no pain and was very satisfied.
