y remember you between visits. I've had cases where I wrote to them on Friday asking to see me, literally 40 minutes before my appointment. They found time to see me on Friday, at lunchtime, in Catalonia - Incredible! 2) They have a 3D scanner for complex cases. You don't have to wait two weeks to be admitted to the scanner at Hospital Cima. 3) The doctors speak not only Spanish, but also my native language. For example, I lacked knowledge of dental terminology when communicating in English or Castellano at Sanitas. I'm not a dentist. But here, it was easier for me to understand the doctor. p.s. I tried treatment at other clinics in this city. Some offered significantly higher prices, while others (as Sanitas) took a very long time. You're passed from one doctor to another, each taking new x-rays and scheduling a new consultation in two weeks. And then you realize your insurance doesn't cover your complex case and doesn't offer any savings at all! I tried to save money and get simple fillings through Sanitas... But after a month, two of them started crumbling. I went to Sanitas - "your doctor will be here in two weeks". After that, I decided to try this private clinics. I found this clinic on the recommendation of friends. Also can recommend it

I absolutely do not recommend this clinic based on a negative experience. They tried to force services on me that I didn't need. On top of everything, the prices are much higher than at other dental clinics. But the quality isn't any better. So why pay triple the price?

Following this, you were given a detailed written treatment plan outlining the recommended procedures and their respective costs. No treatment was actually performed at our clinic. We fully understand that each patient is free to have their own opinion about treatment prices; however, it is unreasonable to make judgments about the quality of materials or, even more seriously, to question our team's clinical diagnosis when you have not received dental care at our facilities. For this reason, we respectfully ask you to reconsider your statements, as they are not based on objective facts. They never mentioned that they would not be able to actually treat my gums. I don't know why they think gum treatment means just cleaning. Of course, they initially gave me a treatment plan, but as someone inexperienced I don't know all the terms — I just wanted full preparation of my oral health, and “full” means more than just cleaning and cavity removal. They tried to play with words, but I only asked for my mouth to be completely treated. My first visit ended half an hour earlier than scheduled, and I realized that my treatment had already been “finished” with only cleaning. 👉 My advice: don't go to this clinic. I made the mistake of trusting them because it was nearby. I will also file a complaint with the relevant authorities, because misleading patients is not acceptable. ⸻ I went to this clinic for gum and cavities treatment.
