The service and facilities were excellent. Dr. Juan Carlos was very attentive and his work was fantastic. I continue to receive treatments at Denta Clinic. Highly recommended.
Excellent place for everything related to oral health: service, atmosphere, and price. Very satisfied with the results of the orthodontics and whitening.
I went to this clinic on the recommendation of friends who work at the television station Telepacifico in Cali, and I was very disappointed. The person who attended to me didn't have enough experience; I was looking for better qualified staff, not interns!

The truth is, I can't deny it has a very elegant, modern, and beautiful institution. But unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best because they have a very particular way of deceiving people. I imagine I'm not the only one facing legal problems with this clinic. I'm telling you why I want to make my case public so it doesn't happen to you. who called me on more than one occasion, supposedly offering me an evaluation by specialists and a dental cleaning. They claimed it was a free preventative campaign arranged with some health insurance providers, and that's why they had contacted me. I was treated very kindly, but by a regular dentist who worked there, and at no point did they perform any cleanings... What they offered me was a treatment plan, since at the time of the dental evaluation the dentist did, I was practically about to lose my teeth. The cost of this treatment was 1,800,000 pesos, payable in installments. They gave me the treatment plan along with a referral for a panoramic X-ray included in the plan... and with this, they were stabbing me in the back. I naively believed it would work like orthodontic plans where you pay if you go, and if you don't return, it's discontinued... When I got home, I started looking for information about this clinic since I had never heard of it and didn't even know it existed. After finding some negative comments from people who had bad experiences, I decided not to start anything. But what a surprise it was when, a month later, I started receiving bills for a loan I never requested from an entity I didn't even know existed. At first, I didn't think much of it, but the bills kept coming, now with interest. So I decided to investigate what they were charging me for. And what a shock when they told me that this entity had supposedly given me a loan for the value of that dental treatment, but the loan was going directly to the clinic as an advance payment for the treatment I wasn't even receiving! I mean, seriously?! The clinic never told me that by attending the appointment and receiving that evaluation, I would leave with a loan of 1.8 million pesos that I didn't request... Now I haven't been able to get rid of this problem. The payments keep coming, the interest keeps accumulating, and they've already reported me to the credit bureaus. I don't think it's fair what either of these two entities is doing to me, since neither of them is offering a solution. The clinic argued that it couldn't return the money, and the financial institution, which has proof, refused. They haven't done anything for me, as there's no record of that treatment having been performed. Even so, they're still charging me... Please help me find a solution; where should I go or who should I talk to? Thank you so much 🙏
