I highly recommend it. Very well-organized space with top-notch equipment and excellent professionals.
Terrible at resolving problems, they take forever to respond to messages, I don't recommend them!

Terrible experience with the clinic. They schedule appointments with the dentist and then cancel them, with absolutely no organization. The reception staff is inattentive and the service leaves much to be desired. They schedule an appointment one day and then say they can't see you. A complete lack of respect for the patient.

My mother has always received excellent care at the clinic, with outstanding reception and staff. rescheduled, they will change the dentist, as if it were the patient's fault. Patients' health and time deserve more respect, and I see this as negligence and a lack of respect for the patient.

We are very sorry for the negative experience your mother had regarding the rescheduling. We understand how frustrating this can be, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Our commitment is always to offer respectful service, but unfortunately, in some situations, unforeseen circumstances may require us to adjust the schedule. Emergencies are prioritized due to the patient's need, and these are not scheduled because there is no set day or time for them to occur, and sometimes we have to adjust the schedule to be able to provide quality care. We are reviewing our internal processes to prevent this situation from happening again and thus ensure greater stability in scheduling.
First-rate service, both at reception and from the assistant Drika and my orthodontist, Dr. Lucinda, wonderful people. I highly recommend them.
