I arrived at 8:00 AM for my appointment, which was scheduled for 8:30 AM, and despite there being a waiting room with a sofa, the receptionist told me I would have to wait outside and kept the door closed because it wasn't my appointment time yet. I was left sitting on the floor and even heard her laughing with the other receptionist that I was resting my legs. I'll never go back.

Therefore, our receptionist kindly asked you to wait in the building's lobby, rather than standing in the hallway, enjoying the comfortable chairs and air conditioning available in the building's reception area, where you would have a better waiting experience. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we truly believe it was just a misunderstanding. We are available to assist you with any questions and to welcome you in the best way possible.
