Dr. Bianca is a blessed soul, with magic hands. I have a phobia of dentists, but she was very attentive, kind, beautiful, and spectacular. A 1000 out of 10! I don't recommend them. The secretaries are disorganized, they don't know how to schedule appointments, it takes forever to schedule, they're unreliable. The exams disappear without a trace, and I didn't even have access to mine to take to another dentist. I don't recommend them. The service was terrible, both from the receptionist and the professional. In fact, they left a piece of my tooth…

Hello Cezar, we believe you are mistaken and your appointment was not held at our clinic.
The clinic itself has a good structure, but they fall short in customer service. They schedule appointments that don't exist, cancel previously made appointments without prior notice, and show a complete lack of respect for their clients. I had this terrible experience and decided to cancel my appointment.

Dr. Bianca is excellent, Dr. Milena too! The clinic is wonderful, flawless!
Dr. Fernanda is extremely qualified, super honest, and very polite. The receptionists are also very qualified and super kind. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend her.
Excellent service, receptionist, dentist, the environment, the hygiene, the spotless bathroom… First time at the clinic and I really liked the overall atmosphere, the professionals, they are attentive, you feel comfortable and welcomed!
