The clinic is superbly located, easily accessible, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The best facial treatment I've ever had. Dr. Samuel is an impeccable professional. Super detail-oriented, focused, and concerned with our health above all else. A 1000 rating is not enough for the work he does. I hope to see him in Michigan soon.

Terrible, the response is never immediate, it takes weeks to get information, they pressured me into buying something bundled with another product, probably because I'm a client through a dental plan... in short, I don't recommend them and I won't be back!!!

We would like to clarify that, from the beginning, there was a mutual agreement regarding the performance of two procedures: one through insurance and another privately, with a special discount valid until the end of April, as previously informed. All information was clearly communicated, precisely to guarantee your freedom of choice. It is worth noting that the procedure performed through insurance is of an aesthetic nature — something that many dental plans do not usually cover, and that several professionals do not even offer through this channel. Even so, we made ourselves available to perform this service within the possibilities of your plan, with the aim of helping and providing a positive experience. Even when you informed us that you would only proceed with the procedure through insurance, we sought to be flexible and, as an exception, offered the possibility of scheduling for May — provided there was confirmation from you, which unfortunately did not occur. Our goal has never been to force any hiring, but rather to present personalized solutions with ethics, transparency, and attention to the oral health of each patient.
