I had my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Romina Raimann and I'm very happy with the results! She was very friendly and patient (which I really appreciated because I'm afraid of the dentist) and explained everything very clearly. Plus, everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind to me.

I've been undergoing orthodontic treatment at the clinic for a year. The care is excellent. The professionals who have treated me are very kind, explain everything well, and are always very helpful. The place is very comfortable and beautiful. I've noticed changes in my teeth that make me very happy. Highly recommended.

They are incredibly dedicated, from the reception staff to the doctor. My treatment was very gentle and everything was perfect.

consultation, for which they charged me $13,500 pesos just for a check-up—they didn't do anything. Then came Dr. Romina, who also greatly lowered my expectations for a better smile. She told me she moves teeth, not bones. She didn't accept x-rays taken three months ago and ordered them to be done again. Well, finally, they gave me the famous estimate with monthly payments of 40,000 pesos! A study of my mouth: 170,000 pesos! The installation of metal braces: 330,000 pesos! And that I had to go to a general dentist to have fillings and extractions, which is paid for separately. Furthermore, the cost of braces removal is 130,000 pesos, and they said that price will increase in two years. In fact, they all know that the prices don't remain the same until the end of the treatment. This is my opinion: they charge very much and don't guarantee results... based on my experience, it may be a good clinic, but for me it wasn't... and I won't be going back.

We looked into your inquiry, and the secretary asked you to confirm your email address since you hadn't responded, and it's important to have the correct contact information. Just to clarify, the amount you paid is for the Evaluation and Estimate, which is publicly available on our website and is indicated to every patient when scheduling an appointment. Since our focus is on providing treatments rather than just evaluations, this fee is credited toward the treatment plan if it is initiated. The consultation you're referring to is an evaluation performed by a professional with over 10 years of experience to provide a diagnosis and estimate. This includes clinical time, as well as all the supplies (gloves, masks, sterile instruments, disinfection between patients, etc.) used for each patient. The X-rays for the orthodontic study need to be as recent as possible, and according to what the doctor indicated, you brought X-rays that were two years old, not three months old. We don't take X-rays in our clinic; we send them to external centers. There's no profit motive behind this; it's simply clinically necessary to have up-to-date X-rays. Furthermore, it's important to us that patients have realistic expectations during their evaluation. The treating dentist should explain and be clear about the possible outcomes and avoid creating false expectations, especially for patients for whom orthodontics alone isn't enough and complementary surgical procedures are necessary to achieve optimal results. All our treatments are guaranteed, following the treating dentist's instructions. The guarantee doesn't cover patients' prior expectations that cannot be clinically met. Continuous improvement of processes and service is part of our daily work, and we consider all feedback we receive as an opportunity for improvement. Best regards.

context, and I loved it. I was treated by Dr. Fco. Canales and his team, who were extremely concerned about my emotional and dental well-being. Not only did I receive understanding and support, but they were also committed to providing the most optimal and beneficial treatment for my teeth in the future. From the reception to the X-rays and the doctor's care, there was respect, tolerance, and empathy. They listened to me without prejudice and even allowed me to enter with someone else, which was a tremendous help. Going to the dentist is a big topic for many people; almost all of us have a story to tell related to pain, trauma, and discomfort. Combining quality, price, and preparation is almost impossible, but if it can be achieved, Beladent has it. I'm deeply grateful; the pain is gone, and now that I've found them, I'll continue to be there and recommend them wherever I can. Very professional and friendly service! I had a broken tooth, needed root canal treatment and a reconstruction of my tooth. They made it happen in 1 week because i haven’t had much time because of travels. Easily to make appointments through whatsapp. The two dentists also speak english. All in all perfect service and a great solution for my problem. Thank you very much. Totally recommend!
Very happy with Dr. Francisco Canales' care. He has a light hand, the anesthesia doesn't hurt at all. The reception from the secretary, assistant, and dentist was very cordial. Excellent prices, the best clinic downtown. I quoted several clinics, but the service was terrible and very expensive. They solved my dental problems, and I'm happy.

According to their website, they offer pediatric dentistry; however, when I tried to schedule an appointment for my 3-year-old daughter, they told me they don't treat young children. So, they don't offer pediatric dentistry. They should update the information on their website.

Excellent service! I loved the doctors, they were so kind, and the staff were wonderful too. The treatment was very personalized; they're a 7 out of 10 and I highly recommend them. I took my son to the pediatric dentist and she was so sweet, patient, and caring. I loved it. I recommend them!
