Good experience, I arrived without an appointment and they attended to me quickly, they looked at me and I took the estimate.
I went for a cleaning today and was seen by a fantastic hygienist named Selena. I didn't feel any discomfort at all. Don't look anywhere else for a cleaning.

The waits are always incredibly long (at least 30 minutes). Every time I go, they get longer. On my last visit, I waited 50 minutes because they made a mistake. They didn't apologize, just said "there had been an error." I just came back again, and it was another 40 minutes. I feel like they take on too many appointments and can't handle them properly.

Beatriz treated me wonderfully, she was very pleasant and friendly, I hardly noticed the cleaning.

I went to Sanitas Dental on Menéndez Pelayo Street for a cleaning, and they told me an X-ray was mandatory. I refused radiation, so they wouldn't do the cleaning. At Asisa, they told me the cleaning was free, but they didn't warn me about the requirement to have radiation at their clinic.

This afternoon, Beatriz Continente, a dental hygienist, gave me a dental cleaning, and the truth is that, apart from being a charming, friendly, and cheerful person who radiates positive energy, she seemed very professional, very gentle, and always attentive to the patient's well-being; she also gave me some excellent advice for oral care.

After receiving orthodontic treatment, I can say that this clinic is the worst of the worst. The management is shameful, and the treatment I received was absolutely appalling. I will be reporting them publicly and privately.
