Excellent clinic! Great receptionists, very attentive… Regarding the dental care, Dr. Guilherme Félix is an excellent professional, very attentive, friendly and above all very committed to his work. The assistant, Socorro, is also very dedicated and kind. I can only express my gratitude.

extractions done and then, to pressure him, they refused to do the extraction surgery, with the ridiculous excuse that they would have to reschedule, that the anesthesiologist who was scheduled to be there from 8 am to noon could not be there for the surgery that would be from 10 am to noon, an excuse that was later denied by the anesthesiologist. Greed is proof that they never think about the patients, as they say. It's all about money. It wasn't enough to earn 2,500, they wanted 5,000, even messing up people's healthy teeth.

The restorations were necessary and the procedure was scheduled with sedation, starting with the restorations and then proceeding with the wisdom tooth extractions. At the time, you decided not to have the restorations done, but the extractions were only scheduled for mid-morning. It was then explained that the procedure would have to be rescheduled so that the anesthesiologist wouldn't have to wait 2 hours to administer the sedation.
