My husband and I had an appointment for a dental cleaning on February 23, 2024 at 9:30 and 10:00. In the end, there was a 30-minute wait, and then they told us to wait another 45 minutes. This is neither serious nor professional on the part of the clinic.
Excellent treatment, service and a very good result after putting myself in their hands, great professionals.

Rosario is a professional, you don't notice the fillings, Lorena is always attentive, she does the cleanings with feather hands, and the dentist Luis, another professional, pulls out your teeth and you don't notice it and it doesn't hurt after the anesthesia has passed. I recommend it to everyone if you want a formal, professional, and serious dentist. It's called Clinica Acuilar, they are the best.

Totally agree with David Vargas. This is the second year I go here. First year got an appointment, they made me wait 45min to tell me I had to come back. Today she "checked" my teeth for 2min and then told me to come back another time for a cleaning. I asked EXPLICITLY to get a revision and cleaning when I called them. Honestly, every time I go I leave very happy because they are so kind and professional. This last time they put in an implant and extracted a tooth, and I didn't even feel a thing. 100% professional.

I waited more than three weeks for an appointment for toothache, also requesting a cleaning and inspection through DKV insurance. I went to my appointment and they waited two minutes to give me a "budget estimate," without an X-ray or cleaning. They treat you a thousand times better at any other clinic, and without wasting your time or even waiting less with social security. I spent so much time arguing with them that I think the pain went away, so thank you! Absolutely not recommended.

Not recommended. The children's area is appalling; with so much space, it should be somewhere else. The hygienist lacks empathy and is unprofessional. The cleaning is a disaster.
