I went there for my gum treatment on a recommendation. The clinic was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My doctor was very kind and attentive; I would like to thank them very much.

I had several different procedures done. Now it's my only choice for routine checkups. I would especially like to thank Dentist Bengisu and her assistant Berfin for their help. I went to this clinic and received very high quality and professional treatment. I had a dental implant, crown replacement and caries treatment. Dr. Ahmet Yildizoglu showed high qualifications and attention to detail during the procedures. Also, the staff is very attentive, polite, and speaks English, which provided an excellent experience. Everything is focused on money, people are seen as mere commodities, poor workmanship, materials different from what was promised, and teeth that are unusable after thousands of TL worth of procedures. We condemn you. We absolutely do not recommend you.

The incident I experienced yesterday... Four months ago, my wife and I received a quote and accepted it, especially because it was within walking distance of our home. removed from the implant done last week, and in the afternoon, my wife had an appointment. Since we have a child at home, we're coming at different times. I also spoke with the doctor, who suggested it would be better to have all three procedures done on the same day. In short, when they told me to go to my wife and that the prices had changed and they couldn't do any procedures right now, my wife refused and left. She informed me, and we went back together to talk. We spoke with the manager, explained the situation, but to no avail. The price they quoted for the remaining procedures was more than three times the initial quote, considering all the procedures we had already had done and paid for. Naturally, we refused, and it really stressed me out that they had turned away a woman who had gone for treatment. They said they'd talk again and left, returning with the same answer. We insisted, and they said they'd talk again and left again. We waited calmly for half an hour, no exaggeration, and when they came back, they had police with them. Apparently, we had threatened them by banging on tables and chairs, caused a disturbance, and they were going to forcibly remove us. In front of the police, I asked the manager if anything like that had happened, and he said no. We said we wanted to speak with Mr. Ahmet, but he wouldn't speak with us; it turned out it was his son he was speaking with. I saw him pass by outside two or three times, apparently looking around. He apparently didn't dare speak to him directly. The tattooed one, his name was Onur. We told Mr. Ahmet, and he said, "My son wouldn't lie." Their own manager and the police were witnesses, though... We explained the situation to the police, and they said, "You're right, but it's not my job to remove you," and we left. Is it a lie, a lack of morality, or just plain stupidity? Everything is there. Except for honesty, justice, fairness, and compassion. What I'm saying is, we saw the true face of that seemingly charming Mr. Ahmet, but life is long... We will, of course, initiate legal proceedings along with our other complaints, but it's upsetting.
I went for a check-up 2-3 weeks ago for a zirconium coating. They were supposed to make a template and get back to me in a few days. They are so uninterested that every time I call you have to spend 2 hours talking about why you called. Every time I called for 2-3 weeks, they said they would get back to me but they never did. Who knows what kind of irresponsibility they would do if we started…
