Super fast service, courteous and compassionate staff. I was seen by Dr. Daiane Barbosa, who was very calm and explained all the procedures and instructions. 10/10.
Terrible service! The clinic is well-structured, with good dentists. But the reception is awful. The staff are unprepared to deal with rude and arrogant people (patients). They ask which insurance plan you have first. If you say it's private, they try to change the situation. Unacceptable!!! We need a competitor urgently!!!!!!!!!
I always appreciated the service. I just miss arriving there and being seen by Dr. Murilo. Today I look for other clinics. He was the only one who managed to perform surgery on my autistic daughter, and I don't even have his contact information.
