I went to the emergency room for the first time on April 5th with severe tooth pain. I was well received at reception, the service was good and quick. Dr. Anna Paula Lima, who attended to me, is an excellent, calm doctor who reassured me by explaining the procedure she was going to perform, because I was tense and very scared, in addition to the pain. During the phone call, they quote a price and push service packages. When the service arrives, the person discovers that the package doesn't cover everything as it should and is merely a temporary fix. A prime example of deceptive advertising.
