Dentist broke my tooth there :) i've had pain in that tooth for 2 months or more now. The funniest thing was, she blamed it on me. During three of my previous visits, she replaced cavity filling 2 times. During the third time, part of my tooth broke. Very unprofessional.

I had several dental treatments at this clinic, with Dr. Tamuna. The goal was to treat all the cavities, replace the fillings, and prepare my mouth for prosthetics (install a bridge with four zirconium crowns). I began treatment last fall (2023) and completed it in December 2023. I was happy to be able to forget about dental treatment for a long time, since I was "cured." But my joy was short-lived. Two and a half months later, in March 2024, I developed a terrible toothache under the crown (i.e., the bridge, a solid structure). I immediately went back to this clinic, to see Tamuna, to somehow resolve this issue, as I didn't understand how a treated tooth with no nerves could hurt so badly. They took an X-ray there, but they didn't see anything on it. They sent me to another clinic for a CT scan of my upper jaw. That same day, I took a picture and sent it to Tamuna, hoping it would reveal the cause of this excruciating pain. But even the CT scan showed nothing. Tamuna told me so personally: "My colleagues and I looked at it and saw nothing. We don't know why you're hurting so much. It's probably because the bridge is putting a lot of pressure on your tooth. Therefore, your tooth was treated very well. Take antibiotics." I wasn't satisfied with this answer; even I was surprised they didn't see anything, but the pain was so severe that painkillers were barely helping. So, I decided to visit other clinics, showing them the CT scan. Ultimately, after visiting four more clinics, the doctors told me I had a large cyst above my tooth, and the sooner it was removed, the better. So, my question is: what kind of "competent" specialists are they at this clinic if they couldn't see the cyst in a detailed scan? Specialists at other clinics also told me that this tooth should have been removed immediately; it's impossible to cover such a complex tooth with a cyst with a crown. Secondly, they should have offered me a CT scan first, and then assessed whether a crown was suitable. But the specialists at CitySmile, specifically Tamuna, simply asked me about this tooth, asking if it was bothering me, and didn't even retreat it! They left the old filling in place, didn't examine it in detail (X-rays don't count, since cysts aren't visible on those images), and simply placed a bridge over the old filling! I don't know if it's a lack of qualifications, or if they just treat patients like they think they'll get away with it, but they offered no guarantees, and there's no refund for the crowns. And because they couldn't double-check, I now have to re-treat everything, just saw up the bridge and throw it away, and now only have to get an implant! And all because Dr. Tamuna was too lazy to properly examine the tooth, instead of asking the patient if it hurts and making a decision based on that. She didn't even re-treat it or replace the filling with a fresh one! Even though the filling is already about 10 years old! In conclusion, I want to say that the specialists at this clinic lack qualifications, they don't know how to read x-rays, and they have a superficial attitude toward the patient's health. They might be able to treat a mild cavity and put in a small filling, but they can't handle more complex cases. NO, NO, AND NO, NO!!!! They only managed to get a filling for one tooth on the third try!!! And that one needs to be redone! Because with the filling, it's completely sensitive, as if there's an open hole. Also, the dental hygiene is subpar; there's no noticeable difference afterward, but water and all the solutions splash in your face. The poor patient preparation for the procedure could have been overlooked if the treatment had been high-quality, but theirs is substandard across the board! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! Don't be fooled by the fact that they work with insurance; it doesn't improve their quality!

It’s amazing clinic. I go there during 2 years to almost all specialists. My first doctor is orthodontist Anuka, she is brilliant. I already had braces and she knows how to work with this brand, and finally 1 months ago we removed braces!!! The 2nd doctor is therapy doctor Tamuna. I do teeth cleaning, caries treatment, dental fillings. The 3rd doctor is orthopedist Beka. He processes with 2 dental crown for implants. He is so attentive. I recommend this clinic to all my friends/colleagues. 3 of them already visited clinic and enjoyed it. Definitely recommend the clinic and 3 doctors above to visit. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this clinic. I saw Dr. Tamuna. She was in a hurry, and it showed. They did a botched cleaning and sealed my gums with a filling so badly that they became inflamed. Now I'll have to have everything redone by another specialist. 🤷‍♀️

The doctors were highly experienced and friendly. And whats most important environment is clean and well-sanitized. They’re following the proper sterilization protocol.
