Dear Ms Olga! We truly understand your concern and we’re very sorry that your previous filing hasn’t completely solved the problem yet! Sometimes, the gum between the teeth needs a few days to return to normal after treatment! Because the anesthesia was used, it isn’t always possible to fully check the bite or sensitivity right after the procedure- and need to follow up and check it when you’re at home! And if there still some symptoms, we are still here, together with you to treat it, as we already make the next appointment for you! Regarding the use of lidocaine, we’d like to clarify that, as of 2025, lidocaine remains one of the safest and most widely used anesthetic worldwide. Its rate of allergy or toxicity is even lower than that of articaine! With a long history of reliable use, lidocaine continues to be the gold standard and the first choice for most dental procedures! We always use both lidocaine and articaine reponsibly, depending on each case! We sincerely apologize that our dentist did not clearly explain the possibility of temporary post-treatment symptoms, which caused you to feel worried. At Citi Dental, following international protocols (similar to European ones), we often recommend treating even early caries (spot-stage caries or small fissure lesions) to prevent further, more costly and complex progression. 2. Diagnostic Accuracy: Our doctors use high-precision European equipment for detailed diagnostics. Every cavity, even the smallest, is documented to ensure complete and long-term dental health. 3. Price and Quality: Our pricing policy reflects the highest international quality of materials (imported from Switzerland/Germany) and the level of qualifications of our doctors. This ensures durability and aesthetics, which, of course, comes at a higher cost than standard methods. We're sorry we weren't able to convey the value of our on-site diagnostics to you.
