A terrible experience. We called specifically to have a cavity filled and a cleaning done, and asked if it was possible since we didn't just want an evaluation. They said yes, performed the evaluation, and when we asked again if they could do both procedures, they said yes. But when it came time to give us a quote, they told us there were no appointments available that day. We went there…

specifically because they told us they would accommodate us since our time was limited. Poor organization and management; we will never return.
The service from Rodri and Edu, who are the recruiters, was fantastic. The coffee is excellent, and the doctors are superb. My only suggestion is that Keyla, a customer service representative, needs to improve her empathy and manner because she's unbearable. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

s behavior was appalling. I was stunned by his conduct. From the very first moment, he used a dismissive, rude tone and showed very little regard for customer service. As soon as I entered the office, he told me, quite rudely, that he didn't know what new information he could give me regarding what he had already told me, since I had been there for a checkup some time ago. I tried to explain that I had had a cleaning done at another clinic, but his response was to compare it to "going to the doctor and being prescribed five pills and only taking one," or to "having a car that won't start and only cleaning it." All of this was said with arrogance and in a very rude manner. What's most infuriating is that I already knew, more or less, what I needed and was only going to request a cleaning; they only recommended a complete checkup because of the time that had passed, and even then they treated me this way. I felt like I was being judged, when I was simply there as a client interested in a treatment that I couldn't afford at the time for financial reasons. Not everyone has the same means to afford certain treatments, and coming back later shouldn't be a reason to receive those kinds of comments. The way they spoke to me was so contemptuous that I felt truly humiliated. Even Boris, the young man who had initially attended to us, was present, and upon hearing those kinds of comments, he seemed uncomfortable, as if he didn't know where to hide in the situation. During the checkup, he barely looked at my mouth and even commented that these treatments are done earlier and not "at certain ages," something I found completely inappropriate. I felt truly uncomfortable and embarrassed by the way he spoke to me. It was a very unpleasant situation, with a highly unprofessional tone, completely inappropriate for someone who works with the public and treats patients. This doctor's behavior left much to be desired: very little professionalism, zero empathy, and a completely inappropriate way of addressing the patient. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff were kind. But honestly, the bad experience I had with this doctor completely overshadows everything else. Certainly, after this experience, I don't plan to have my treatment or my daughter's, which cost almost €10,000, at this clinic. I prefer to go to a place where patients are treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism.
Excellent service and workmanship. My whole family has had braces, cleanings, splints, etc., done here. The staff is fantastic, and the work is top-notch. 100% recommended.
Excellent service, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with the same joy I receive when I visit Citadental.
It's a great, highly specialized clinic; I recommend it for its excellent service... and it's very attentive and hassle-free.

The experience was very good for everyone, especially Tito, who was always very helpful. The financing was great and always affordable for everyone.
