can done on the spot in the same building, I was offered the following options: 1. Replace my amalgam fillings 2. Restore another filling in addition to the one that was bothering me, 3. Restore with resin a "step" I had in 2 (two) teeth (a depression between the tooth and the gum) 4. Perform a gingivoplasty on my central incisors to harmonize my smile 5. Place a veneer on a single tooth for aesthetic reasons 6. Cleaning and 3 in-office whitening sessions. I immediately agreed to a significant treatment with them! All this because they agreed to restore one tooth, just one tooth that was bothering me. I'm not a dentist and I had no way of knowing how much my dental arch could improve. Any professional at your clinic who evaluated me could have suggested a more comprehensive treatment. If you You only schedule appointments for patients who request an evaluation; you're losing a lot of clients who don't even know they need one. It all starts with a complaint. Often a simple complaint. Often a complaint about just *1* tooth. You may be good at customer service, I don't know, but you're *terrible* at sales. I scheduled my husband at the same clinic that treated me. I'm sure he'll sign up for a much larger package. The clinic is called AeD Odontologia, the Lúcio Costa Clinical Center. Excellent. My mother has been a patient at CIR for several years. She underwent a very thorough treatment with the placement of a protocol and several implants, and we were very satisfied with the result. We usually visit CIR three times a year for dental cleaning, and everything is done with great professionalism and attention by the doctors who treat us. It really is a place of excellence in this area.

everything that was done wrong by the other dentist and get veneers so that I wouldn't have any more problems. I was feeling like I had a brand new car, but I was distressed and depressed. I chose them because I trusted Dr. Aurélio. However, today, after about 4 years, I returned for a cleaning check-up. I had an x-ray and it was found that the implants from the other dentist were moving up into my sinuses, causing more problems because I was clear at the time that they should be removed and redone to avoid further issues. Last week I paid 1,000 reais for a new plate and cleaning, and they told me they wouldn't charge 300 reais to tighten a tooth. Yesterday, the secretary from Aurélio Manig's clinic called me saying that after he looked at the x-ray, it would be good for me to refer him to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to assess the situation and determine if they should be removed. I argued that a hospital doesn't have that specialty, and she said no. In other words, the hospital charges a fortune and then abandons the patient to their fate. I took out a loan to avoid problems. Dr. Aurélio presents the project, sells dreams, and then ends up like everyone else. Then the secretary, Manig, comes along and talks as if everything were cheap. I do not recommend them! Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with the treatment. I hope my story helps others avoid being misled by treatments and promises of perfection. The hospital was supposed to fix the other patient's implants when they did my entire mouth, which they didn't do, perhaps to save work. So sad!

I only have my cleaning and smile maintenance done there. The facilities are great. Attentive reception and careful scheduling. Currently, I am being treated by Dr. Leonardo Luna, who keeps my teeth healthy with excellent service. There is follow-up with photos, statistics, and reports. The best way to follow up is with documented evidence. The mold and prosthesis making center is located there. My retainer was made by them. I am very satisfied and hope to continue maintaining my smile with them.
For those who appreciate super premium service. Clean, comfortable, and very pleasant environment. Top-notch. I recommend it!
