I went today, Monday, and the service was quick. The center has excellent facilities, location, and staff. I loved Diana's service; she was very respectful and kind. A thousand points for that—it's so appreciated and valued these days. It was an excellent experience. The person who took my x-ray was very polite and friendly. And finally, the prices were quite reasonable.

My experience at Cimax was excellent. From the service to the process, everything was very professional. The image quality is impressive—super sharp and detailed. Furthermore, the reports they provide are accurate and reliable, which gave me great peace of mind. Without a doubt, a top-tier imaging center that I highly recommend.

I went on a Saturday, called, and they confirmed it was first-come, first-served. The receptionist was very friendly, as was the technician who took the x-ray. I was in and out in under 50 minutes. Bilateral bitewing + 1 x-ray of a specific tooth: 30,000.

The telephone service is very bad, I don't like it.

Terrible. I booked an appointment, arrived, and found their equipment was broken. They didn't inform me about the cancellation... they waste my time. Then I booked again, and they couldn't even wait 5 minutes. Zero interest in their customers.

The receptionist was rude to the customers...she didn't greet them and was angry...ruining the service.
