She made a special effort to approach me personally and explain to me how to properly maintain oral hygiene and which products have proven to be the most effective on the market, for which I am extremely grateful. professional. They asked me the first questions about my concerns, which I then discussed with Dr. Zeljka, whom I met at the practice. The reception at the practice was immediately very empathetic, which is very important for a patient, as the ability to put people at ease and instill trust is essential. In the welcoming waiting room, where I immediately noticed the attention to hygiene, before entering the dental office for my appointment, I had an initial meeting with the receptionist, both on a personal level (she speaks fluent Italian) and on a human level, along with a few laughs that put me at ease. The doctor is very friendly, but above all, serious and professional. She reassured me by simply explaining the procedures I urgently needed for my health, as well as those that could be postponed because they were cosmetic. This approach seemed honest to me, without taking advantage of the patient, who obviously lacks the expertise to fully understand what they need. It reassured me on a human and financial level, because needless to say, one travels to Croatia for affordable dental care, which in this facility takes nothing away from the quality and materials used. The practice is equipped with all the necessary equipment to provide real-time assessments, so patients don't have to return so frequently, given that they travel from far away. Of course, in the case of implants, the necessary timeframes are respected, organizing the return visit in consultation with the patient. The practice employs highly competent dentists and dental assistants, as well as professionals and collaborators from external laboratories, who receive computerized data and use modern technology to precisely design and create bridges and implants, all of which are certified. Over the years, I have continued to rely on the center for check-ups or follow-up treatments, always communicated by phone and promptly handled by the kind Jana, Chiara, and Iva. I don't have much to comment on, but the entire staff is friendly and phenomenal, from the lady who called me for the appointment to the doctor who gave me so much professional and detailed information that I haven't received anywhere else for anything, the equipment for the dental office is superb, everything in one place, it couldn't be better!
