I loved the center! Vascular surgeon Ricardo Sáenz is a great professional, very kind, he answered all my questions and made me feel very calm!

Dr. Sara is very attentive, friendly, and professional, and she provides very thorough explanations. They give a complete diagnosis and prices for recommended future treatments. The receptionists are very kind and provide excellent customer service both by phone and in person. The clinic accepts most, if not all, insurance plans. I'm so glad I found this place.

Dr. Sara is excellent! She clearly explains what's needed and offers options for how the treatment can be done. She always asks if you're experiencing any discomfort, but honestly, I haven't had any problems or discomfort with her, even though I'm a very nervous person. She's incredibly professional and has a warm, personal touch. She's the best dentist I've ever found!

It's the best Medical Center in Alajuela. The treatment, the prices, the doctors (Dr. Ulate in the special), the secretary, and everyone is very respectful. I recommend them 100%; they inspire a lot of trust. I love it.

The service provided is beyond five-star. From the person who greets you at the gate, to the receptionists, to the specialist doctors. Dr. Ulate (gynecologist), with his caring attention, service, and extensive knowledge. My prenatal checkups these past few months have been excellent. The entire clinic is staffed by professionals.

Excellent care. I went there for gynecological care with Dr. Ulate. My periods were a disaster—very painful, heavy, etc. Plus, I hadn't been able to get pregnant for many years. We waited more than 1 hour for a cardiology appointment for a stress test and we were not attended to or notified. Lack of professionalism and wasted our time without respect for notification or warning in the slightest. Really think carefully if you want to attend.

We understand that your appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm and you arrived at approximately 3:59 pm, that is, half an hour early, and for that reason you had to wait a little longer than usual. We understand that the doctor arrived at 4:45 pm, 15 minutes late due to an emergency she had to attend to at the hospital with a heart attack patient. When she arrived at the clinic, you told the receptionist that you didn't want to be seen because of the delay. We understand your frustration, but you must also understand that doctors work at the hospital and often have to deal with these types of emergencies. Of course, she was more than willing to see you and dedicate the time you needed for the tests. We remain at your service should you wish to reschedule your appointment. Best regards.
