After going to a center that tried to scam us, we went to them, and they explained everything step by step. They even managed to win over a very scared six-year-old boy by explaining the whole process to him. I also want to highlight the woman who always greets us at the entrance and exit; she's incredibly empathetic. After my son's emergency, she called me the very next day just to see how I and my son were doing. I'm delighted with them, and I know exactly who I trust with my children's oral health. I entrust them not only with their professionalism but also with their wonderful people. Thank you so much.

The actual dental staff were very good and I would highly recommend them. However, on the bureaucratic side of things it took my a week and about 50 messages to one person to clarify something and to obtain two pieces of information required by my insurance company. t saying the same thing that they would forward my request to other staff. This went on for more than a week, and, as stated, 50+ exchanges. Eventually I wrote a strongly-worded email and sure enough they reacted straight away because this would be seen by others. They claimed I was now 'discrediting' their work, whereas they had simply discredited themselves. Sadly some people only respond to firmness and nothing else. It could have been solved in 5 mins if a little professionalism and due care had been employed. Recommend the dental staff. Do not at all recommend on the administrative side of things. Response to Reply From Clinic: Thank you for being friendly and amicable. But it's just not true what you're saying. I asked for 2 pieces of information to complete my reimbursement request with my insurance company. One was the tax number, which was hidden away on the side of the invoice. I checked it many times, as did my wife. We could not find it. It turns out that the information is in a strange red script written vertically on the side. All the employee at your clinic had to do was to tell me this. She couldn't do it after a week's worth of requests - a dozen or more. If she had taken just a moment to actually read what I was asking and not just tell me each and every time that she would ask someone to check my issue, then you wouldn't have this review. The second piece of information required was not on the invoice. I need this to claim for a reimbursement. Once again, the person at your clinic in question could not take the 2 minutes to send me the name after a week of numerous requests. Not taking the time to clarify something and send something after 12-15 requests is just plain old unprofessionalism. You can read through the text chain yourself to see how easy this could have been solved with a little diligence and due care of customers. If you still think nothing's wrong and this person was not highly unprofessional, I would suggest that the problem at your clinic runs deeper than just this individual. I do thank you for being friendly in your response. Once you have good administrative staff at your clinic, it will be a very good option for people. Thank you and best regards.

physically but also psychologically, of course. The clinic's response was, go to social security. The antibiotic abuse caused me to become allergic to amoxicillin. And of course, I honestly paid everything I was told, including paying for a prosthesis so I could continue with my life. They didn't have the courtesy, after all the mistakes they'd made, to even call to check on me. I hope my testimony can help people avoid the same thing I went through. When a doctor has too much ego, he or she never admits his or her mistakes, nor does he or she call to check on his or her patient. He or she does call me for my annual checkup, after the way they left me. Very little shame. I hope this helps someone.

Dr. Escudero splinted my upper teeth and fixed them so well that after 4 or 5 years, my upper teeth are practically the same, and my lower teeth are maintained with constant curettage performed by Dr. Perea. In addition, Dr. Perea performed a 10-stitch surgery, which was fantastic. They did everything to keep my teeth, and after 9 years, I can't believe I still have them. My opinion is 100% sincere and heartfelt. Don't hesitate to seek treatment from them; they are two incredible periodontists and implantologists. I would also like to mention Dr. Esther's talent in all fillings and cosmetic dentistry. With much affection, a current patient of the Escudero & Perea clinic.

Two family members went because it was nearby, and both were dissatisfied. Beware, they keep adding unnecessary expenses to the treatment, or when they do a filling they grind down another area of your mouth to create an even worse problem. We won't be going back.
