Very disappointed with this clinic. I went for a facial cleansing, which, despite the tremendous anesthesia (Necessary? - the first time in my life I've had anesthesia for a facial cleansing), was short—no more than 15-20 minutes—and clearly insufficient (I feel exactly the same as when I arrived). Update: The clinic contacted me the next day to apologize and get my opinion in more detail. They were kind and offered me to come back to "give me better treatment and make me happy," but naturally, I didn't want to. They didn't offer any other compensation. That's to be expected given the treatment. The girl who called me was very nice, though.

The patient is informed beforehand, and anesthetic gel is applied to avoid any potential discomfort during the procedure. The purpose of the cleaning is to reduce gum inflammation by removing plaque, and this process takes between 2 and 4 days. Regarding the X-ray, it is a complementary test for the diagnosis of periodontal disease or the presence of cavities. Finally, the treatment plan is provided to the patient beforehand so they are fully informed, and if they accept it, the treatments are performed.
