I've been a patient for a long time, I really like the people, excellent professionalism and friendliness, hygiene. The new facilities are fantastic.
In addition to the dental clinic, they also offer clinical analyses, which is great.
For over 20 years, this dentist and her entire team have cared for me and my whole family. Absolute trust, professional excellence, ethics, and a rare human touch. Always impeccable, attentive, and competent. I recommend them without any hesitation.
I went this morning because I had an emergency; my mouth and face were swollen, and I have to say I'm incredibly grateful. As soon as you walk in, you feel confident and feel like you're in the hands of professionals. I left with the problem resolved after days of horrible pain. They're all professionals, without a doubt. Thank you so much to the doctor who helped me ❤️
The best dentist experience I’ve had in my life. Dr. Santos and her team are extremely nice and friendly. I came without an appointment and they took care of me immediately. The clinic is also very clean and modern. If you have any dental issues while in Lisbon, I can recommend going here!!
I highly recommend her!! I had to take my baby to have tartar treated, and Dr. Isaura Fernandes was super attentive, patient, and careful!!!! After cleaning, she talked to me and explained the reasons that may have caused the tartar and how to prevent it!
It is certainly the top of best dental clinic in Portugal, I was very well received from the first contact via reception to the treatment with Dra Susana who is extremely professional, lighthearted and human... a VIP treatment given to all clients... something very difficult to find nowadays... I own a dental clinic in USA. My bridge came off and I walked into this clinic to get it recemented . Very clean and professional. They charged me a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend this practice. I would say better than the USA. The practice is modern and was lucky enough to get a tour.
Amazing care and communication. It takes time to find the sweet spot for doctors but we (myself husband and child) lucked out with central clinic. The dental care is thorough and the Eastern medicine doctor has saved me from many colds and anxieties. You can make an appointment, the service is friendly, the dentists and assistants are good. It's a little difficult to find a parking spot. Ground floor. I really liked it and I always come back whenever I need to see the dentist here.
I went to the clinic in despair. I had an infection in a poorly treated tooth, with immense pain in my face, ear, and jaw. I asked for the tooth to be extracted, but Dr. Susana claimed she didn't work on other colleagues' teeth and recommended I continue treatment with the same colleague. She said the pain was caused by the adjacent tooth, which had a small filling that was a year old. Hoping…

for treatment, I agreed, being charged €100; a tooth that didn't need to be touched. The problem was actually in the tooth being treated, which had been extracted at another clinic. What hurts is that I went hoping to get better, without pain. And Dr. Susana took advantage of the situation to perform unnecessary treatment, just to save money. She never paid any attention to the state of pain I was in. While she was working on the tooth, I felt some pain and expressed it, but I was ignored. The doctor claimed the pain was from the other tooth, not the one she was repairing, and continued. For me, this is a disgrace, a disappointment. After all, who can we trust? I went to this clinic on a friend's recommendation. Anyway.
Had a dental emergency while visiting Lisbon. Showed up on a Monday morning right when they opened. They got me in right away and fixed my problem perfectly. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The office was extremely clean and modern. The cost was very reasonable especially compared to USA prices. I highly recommend them for locals and visitors.
