Centra Medica Clinic, Jalan Legian is by far the best clinic I have visited in Bali. The staff are nothing but professional very competent. The care they offered was very personal and friendly. Top marks for a fantastic service, and compared to other clinics, the price was brilliant. Thank you to the doctor, his assistant and the lovely nurse helping in reception.
Since I don't have the rabies vaccine, I went to this clinic after a cat scratched me. I was told I'd have to pay for the doctor's consultation, and then, if necessary, they'd administer the vaccine, obviously paying a different fee. So far, no problem. that they don't have the vaccine on site, so I had to go to the hospital. I went to the hospital, but there too, I had to pay for another consultation and then get the vaccine, which I finally managed to get. Now, the only question is, why did you charge me for the consultation when you knew you couldn't vaccinate me? It was a waste of money. It would have been fair to have been informed that I couldn't get the vaccine there, so I could have gone straight to the hospital and only paid once. The doctor and nurse were kind, nothing more to say.
My daughter had a persistent cough last night, so I took her to the doctor this morning. I researched several clinics online and compared reviews before finally choosing this one. The doctor and nurses were very kind and explained things thoroughly. The fees were reasonable. It's a very good clinic, and I recommend it to anyone traveling who might need one. 👍

The clinic is good, standard clinics like the ones I usually get for treatment in Jkt/Bdg. I just think this clinic is expensive and what's the money for it? For example, if I want to go for treatment, pay the doctor's consultation fee, it's already 150k, I just have a cough, a fever, that's all. clinic, the medicine is more expensive than the pharmacy. Well, what's surprising is that if you just want to ask for a sick certificate, it costs 75k. Even though at the clinic in Jkt or Bdg where I usually get treatment, it's free for really sick people, not to mention there's a 3% tax fee which I don't know what it's for and it's written by hand, not by the system. Is this price plus 2in? The invoice is handwritten. That's really great for me. And it seems like we don't come here anymore because it seems like this class is for tourists or foreigners or those who need it urgently. If it were me, I'd be better off going to the hospital! I was feeling unwell and kept getting water bubbles all over my legs, which was very sore and very warm to touch. They treated me so quickly and reassured me, treated the swelling and pain with antibiotics, inflammation tablets and painkillers! They were amazing and definitely recommend! Very good price too!
Had blocked ear which they syringed and cleaned perfectly very nice staff and clean facility.

I visited this clinic to have my wound cleaned and to get a new dressing applied. However, I was charged 1,442,000 IDR (approximately 403.23 MYR / 90 USD) for the service, which I believe is quite excessive, especially since I am a foreigner. n contrast, when I experienced my accident and went to the emergency room at a hospital in Ubud, I was charged only 496,601 IDR for the visit and received a week's worth of medication. This clinic’s charges are nearly triple what I paid on the first day of my accident.
