Horrible place, zero empathy, the doctors were out of place and making sarcastic comments about my name and making faces, also a doctor did a cleaning in the same establishment with zero empathy to the point that my mouth hurt for a week, terrible service and the doctors should not hold positions.

Excellent care. Since I began my orthodontic treatment with Dr. San Martín, I have received impeccable care from him, both professionally and personally. He has also explained everything he does to the letter. I also want to highlight the work of his assistants, who are both very kind and professional.

Before I was seen by a good doctor, but the last time I was seen by a female doctor, I went for a fractured tooth, she supposedly fixed it but the problem continued, I wasted time and money, she never worried about the underlying problem and only wanted to charge apparently (filling x repair 40 thousand) I do not recommend it and I will have to look for another place

Good morning, my son had his wisdom teeth extracted and it was excellent! 👌 The doctor who treated him, Dr. Diego Cortez, was fantastic from the moment of the extraction until his recovery. Customer service is terrible. I booked an appointment and was notified late, the night before, about a change 30 minutes after the time I had scheduled a week prior. I arrived, waited 35 minutes, and when I left, the customer service representatives offered neither a rescheduling nor any apology. Irresponsible and disrespectful.

Dr. Diego was completely unpunctual. Respect for one's time is something expected from a reputable establishment. At the very least, he should notify you in advance if he won't be able to make it, so you can decide whether to reschedule with him or someone else, instead of leaving you waiting at the clinic without any information.
