This dental clinic maintains a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. I had my new mouth guard made here, and it is noticeably more durable and comfortable than any of my previous ones.

My daughter and I always see Dr. Daniel. Dr. Daniel's explanations are very polite and kind, and I can always see a doctor with peace of mind. Also, the inside of the clinic is very clean. We are Japanese, but after the treatment is finished, he always explains everything in Japanese afterward. future, I would like to go here. If you are looking for a dental clinic in JB, I highly recommend this one! My daughter and I always see Dr. Daniel. Dr. Daniel explains everything very carefully and is very kind, so I can always feel at ease during my visits. Also, the clinic is very clean. We are Japanese, but after the treatment is finished, he always explains everything in Japanese afterward. There are few other dental clinics that are so polite and kind, and if I need dental treatment in the future, I would like to go here. If you are looking for a dental clinic in JB, I highly recommend this one!

The doctor is highly skillful in teeth scaling with no pain at all and strongly recommended to anyone who is fear of pain during teeth scaling process. There are also extra consultation services provided at reasonable price afterwards.

Dental visit don't need to be pain and blood. It can be relaxed and comfortable. U just need the right dentist. Went for scaling and polishing. Very gentle and patient dentist, Dr Daniel Yong. I was very resistant to seeing a dentist for teeth cleaning. I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in 5 years. I mustered up the courage to find this dentist. I was very lucky to meet a good doctor. He was very patient and professional. He spent an hour and a half to help me clean my teeth very cleanly. The process was much easier than I imagined. He was more worried about my teeth than I was. He kept reminding me how to take good care of my teeth. He gave me a small toothpaste and taught me how to care for them. I really recommend it very much👍👍👍

Dental conditions were thoroughly explained. Did simple filling and had no discomfort throughout the procedure, dentist will also ask if there is any discomfort. Advice & suggestion were given professionally, and prices were reasonable.

Excellent experience. The male dentist assigned to me was extremely professional. Gave lots of advice for my teeth and gum condition. His technique was very good, I did not feel a single moment of discomfort during my whole scaling and polishing session. Price is also reasonable but honestly I'd still come here even if prices were higher. This is the only clinic I will visit from now.

My Appointment at 4.30pm, called at 3.35pm to double confirm n reached just on time. They asked me to wait for 30mins, so I waited. Around 5.15pm I just walked away, nobody came to talk to me.. thanks for the service

First time visiting Causeway Smile Dental, had the earliest slot at 9am. Dr Yong was very assuring and thorough with his assessment, explaining on what to expect during scaling/cleaning and also daily oral routine back home. Appreciate the good service and will visit again. The clinic setup was also comfortable and welcoming.

Dr Yong gave me an indept explanation with varied options for me to pick from. He did not try to upsell me and recommend me what was only necessary which I appreciate. He ran me through the whole process and I felt safe in his hands. Nurse and staff were very kind and friendly too! Thank you!
