Without a doubt, the best dental clinic in the city. They have an excellent team of specialists and professionals. I must mention that what I value most is their compassion, their patience in explaining each procedure, and their commitment to the patient's health. Without a doubt, it's a clinic where my family and I feel we're in the best hands.

I am very grateful for the care I have received from the clinic and all the staff. The services were excellent, and I highly recommend it. I would also like to add that my experience with Dr. Shierly Reyes has been wonderful; she is a kind person, and her treatment of me has been outstanding.

The best clinic in Barranquilla! I came from Europe and the service was excellent. The scheduling department helped me book my appointments on time and they were very attentive in confirming them.

I received treatment at the Carlos Fernandez de Castro C.F.C. Clinic. I had a deep cleaning, a very different experience from what my health insurance covered. They used three different technologies and even cleaned areas a toothbrush couldn't reach. I highly recommend them.

The service at the clinic is deplorable, and the administrative area is even worse. They haven't adequately addressed the poor workmanship on removable dentures, for which we paid over 15 million pesos. Furthermore, they continue to charge additional fees each time we return seeking a solution, claiming a warranty on the initial work, which should be covered within the 15 million pesos already paid. We've tried to be understanding for months, calmly explaining the situation during recent visits, but without resolution. This has negatively impacted the quality of life of an elderly patient. They drive people to the brink of anger with their lack of customer service. When the patient, in a fit of rage, declared she would no longer be attending, the administrative response was equally unacceptable: "We don't want her here." "Congratulations on such excellent customer service."

Valeria, thank you for your message! The case was analyzed by a Board of Specialists, where we conducted a detailed review of the patient's medical history. This revealed a highly complex case requiring the willingness and commitment of both the patient and their caregiver, given the patient's advanced age. It was observed that her treatment ended in July 2022, and after several calls to schedule follow-up appointments—part of our comprehensive treatment plan, which allows us to monitor the patient's progress—we found that she did not attend these appointments, only returning a year after completing treatment. At that time, she was informed again about the importance of attending her check-ups regularly, but she disregarded this recommendation once more, returning a year later with a prosthesis that was not made at our clinic. This naturally further complicated the case and hindered its successful completion. Nevertheless, we are fully prepared to help you and help you have a #SmileThatEnchants.
The doctors' care is excellent, as is their promptness in scheduling appointments.

Very poor service. I was charged more than the quoted price, and the dentist practically soaked my clothes because she wasn't using the equipment correctly. I filed a complaint, and instead of refunding the extra money they charged me, they offered me a discount on my next appointment. Obviously, I won't be returning.
