I am filing this complaint as a serious warning to other patients, because what I experienced after treatment at this place was extremely exhausting and caused me great SUFFERING. I went to the clinic to have a root canal treatment with DR. ANTÔNIO MOREIRA BRAGA JÚNIOR, believing I was solving a problem. After the procedure, difficult days began: constant pain, intense sensitivity, and inflammation that simply wouldn't go away. I returned several times, reporting exactly what I was feeling. With each return, the expectation was for improvement, but that didn't happen. The problem dragged on for MONTHS, with attempts that DID NOT SOLVE the situation, and sometimes I was treated with TOTAL DISREGARD. The most distressing thing was living with continuous pain. I had sleepless nights, difficulty eating, and a constant feeling that something was wrong. Even so, a definitive solution did not come in the necessary time. When I finally had a CT scan, it became clear that the treatment HAD FLAWS, which explained all the suffering I had been experiencing from the beginning. The outcome was extremely frustrating: I had to HAVE THE TOOTH EXTRACTED and now I'm having to undergo a dental implant, something much more invasive, expensive, and physically and emotionally draining. I'm reporting all this because nobody starts treatment expecting to go through months of PAIN AND SUFFERING and end up losing a tooth. I hope the company treats this situation with the seriousness it deserves.

She had a root canal with Dr. Antônio Moreira Braga Júnior and never recovered. Constant pain, inflammation, sleepless nights… and yet the problem was pushed aside for months without a real solution. The hardest part was seeing her repeatedly warning that something was wrong, and yet nothing was resolved. In the end, the worst happened: she had to have the tooth extracted and now needs an implant, something much more invasive and expensive. As a daughter, it's distressing to see a problem that could have been solved turn into something much bigger. There's a clear feeling of loss and frustration. I leave this account as a real warning: monitor closely, ask questions, and don't ignore signs that something is wrong.
