They keep calling, sending messages all the time since I once requested the information. They are keep spamming since then constantly. I receiving calls and sms messages almost every day and it is impossible to block. Just crazy!
Dr. Arturo was very professional and and explained everything very well. Everybody from the receptionist to the drivers were very helpful. I was very confident in their abilities, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Monica. They were amazing!! My only concern was my initial impression when I walked in the clinic. The waiting room is small with an old worn out couch. I almost walked out but my wife encouraged me to give them a chance. Glad that she was there. After mentioning to Carlos, the office manager, my initial impression, he acknowledged my observation, apologized and explained that they are expanding the waiting room and getting new furniture. o Cancun as part of their aftercare process. Unfortunately, the adjustments made during that visit—first to correct my bite, then to address the whistle—left me with a noticeably awkward appearance and no resolution to the speech issue. The whistle remains, and I now have a persistent speech impediment that I did not have before. Had I known this would be the final outcome, I would have, paid more, and sought treatment elsewhere. I seriously doubt a reputable American clinic would consider this result acceptable or complete. I feel misled by the clinic’s assurances, and I cannot recommend Cancun Dental Design based on my experience.
