The only thing the smiling doctor said after looking into my son's mouth for 30 seconds (while running off to another patient) was that braces cost 3,000 to 4,000 euros. We already knew that he needed braces. No preventive check-ups on site (Petržalka), supposedly they do preventive check-ups in Ružinov, while we were also booked for a preventive check-up in Petržalka. I have been going to my…

private dentist regularly with my son since he was a little boy, but I thought that since I was going here with the aim of proposing a specific solution for braces and the lady on the phone also booked my son for a preventive check-up, I understood that it would be part of it. But it didn't happen, nor did any new X-ray (we brought a five-year-old one). Payment 30 euros. Time spent in a chair in chaos, where the doctor was handling multiple cases at once, he explained things poorly to us for about 30 seconds. I'm disappointed, I have to find out more information. The positive thing was the nurse, a nun, who handled the administration, who at least explained to us that we were entitled to insurance within the age of our son.)

Dear Mrs. Brliťová, I appreciate that you did not write your opinion as anonymous. You know, life is very unpredictable, it often brings situations that you cannot always prepare for in advance. That was the case today. I was originally supposed to cancel half of the patients today due to the water outage in the apartment building for the whole day. I will not cancel any of them, because I value my patients and, to my delight, they value me. Due to this technical problem, there was a certain time shift, so we had several patients in the waiting room at the same time. Fortunately, everyone left satisfied... except for you. I am sorry... But please do not attribute the cause of your dissatisfaction to me. Why do you blame me for the fact that it took me a short moment to find out what your son's problem is? Why do you blame me for not doing an OPG scan? It is a condition for diagnosis, which is the next step after the consultation. Why do you blame me for being kind to you?... Why do you blame me for truthfully informing you about the price of treatment, which always depends on the severity of the diagnosis, the complexity and the length of the therapy. That is my duty. You should be more grateful to me for all this. Don't you think?... Why do you blame me for not having your son undergo a preventive examination? We are an orthodontic clinic, not a dental clinic. We perform dental procedures in another clinic. Allow me to ask you one question: How is it possible that a child of your son's age does not have a dentist, when with children under 18, parents are obliged to go for a preventive examination twice a year? Please do not shift your responsibility in this matter to others. The decision regarding your son's orthodontic treatment was left to you and you obviously made the decision. I have no choice but to wish you good luck in solving your son's problem.
This clinics is owned by a person with big heart :) I received quick needed help regarding braces, despite the doctor was loaded with clients. Very kind, polite attitude of the team. Professionally fast done. Thank you!

Great, I can recommend. Sensitive doctors, kind, helpful. Whenever they do my teeth, they keep asking me if they hurt, if it's okay. I'm a little scared and I'm always shaking with fear, so here I'm calm and at ease, I trust them 110% and they really have miraculous hands. I came here after a bad experience with a previous dentist and the difference is indescribable. Thank you 🙏
