First step: December 2023 Extraction of several teeth and placement of seven dental implants plus a sinus lift, all under local anesthesia and completely painless. I could only hear the sounds of the instruments and the songs of the diva Fairouze as background music. I was very apprehensive about the post-operative period, but to my great surprise, the pain was truly minimal, and there was no swelling or bruising in the following days. An ice pack and paracetamol were more than enough to treat these minor discomforts: a true miracle! The outcome of this first stage was more than positive. I followed his instructions to the letter, and after four months of healing, during which he frequently checked in on me, I returned to see him for the next steps. Second stage: May 2024. First phase:  Positive X-ray showing good integration of the implants into the jawbone  Minor surgery to expose the implant heads Second phase: Taking a digital impression for the zirconia bridges Third phase: Placement of all the bridges on the implants and adjustment of the occlusion. He also placed two crowns on two teeth that he was able to save. When he handed me the mirror to see the result, I couldn't help but kiss him because he had done an excellent job. I had two follow-up appointments and stayed four extra days in Tunis to enjoy the sun and delicious Tunisian cuisine with my beautiful teeth. Highly qualified, very professional, very precise surgery with no post-operative trauma, attentive, reassuring, impeccable hygiene, state-of-the-art equipment, and readily available: For all these reasons, I highly recommend Dr. Aouini Walid for your dental care. one idea in my mind that I am loosing my teeth and having implants, at least that’s what I was made to believe. From first consultation, radio scan, Dr Walid told me NO, there is no need to extract your teeth, they are 50/50 repairable, and there is hope. You need to understand that for someone who lived the last 9 or 10 months with such an anxiety of loosing their teeth and replace with implants,never mind the cost associated that comes with, that is the best news I could hear, such a relief. I am now receiving a treatment, and my teeth are looking healthier thanks to a honest, competent and caring dentist. I strongly recommend!
