I'll summarize my story: 1 - I sent a message asking to schedule a follow-up appointment for my orthodontic treatment. They said it needed an evaluation, etc. 2 - They had to reschedule the appointment because the doctor needed to travel for work (which isn't a problem). They suggested a date, and I said that would work, but if I could schedule it earlier, I would have other available times. 3 - The secretary understood that it wasn't necessary to schedule it and didn't. When I inquired about it, the secretary started sending a lot of audio messages and calling me on WhatsApp unnecessarily (and during my work hours). In the end, she asked me to explain everything again because she "sees a lot of people" and didn't remember my specific case, even though I sent everything in writing with all the requested documents and information. 4 - She said that in addition to needing an evaluation (which, again, wasn't a problem), it wasn't even possible to do the cleaning through the insurance plan. In the end, I wasted a lot of time only to find out that having the plan wouldn't help me at all (okay, that's the clinic's choice), but they could have told me much more clearly from the beginning instead of trying to get me to go to the clinic to try and convert me into a patient.

The service and technique in the procedure I had was great, from 0 to 10 my rating is more than 10, but I was very disappointed with one thing: I needed to have maintenance and a check-up done on a bruxism splint urgently, and they told me I had to do it with the dentist I had previously seen (i.e., from another clinic). I needed to see about this urgently because I had said that if I needed a new one, I would get it done. But I needed to see first if the splint needed maintenance, and they didn't give me much attention to the contact I made and the message I sent. Unfortunately, I will have to seek other care because I am suffering from bruxism and need to resolve this problem as soon as possible to see if it was maintenance or if I needed a new splint...
