Good morning, we're sorry your visit didn't meet your expectations. However, we'd like to clarify the situation described. Our clinic has a clearly defined policy regarding visits that couldn't be completed in their entirety. In such cases, a fee of PLN 150 is charged for the doctor's time and consultation. Information about this fee is available in our price list and communicated to patients. During pediatric visits, situations arise where, due to severe stress or a child's lack of cooperation, it's impossible to safely conduct an examination or procedure. In such cases, the comfort and safety of the young patient are our priority. We hope this explanation will help you better understand the situation. If you have any further questions, please contact the clinic reception desk.
I highly recommend this clinic. The doctors are competent and friendly. The prices are reasonable. I've always been seen on time. When I was in pain, I was seen out of turn, for which I'm very grateful.
