I made sure they were registered dentist, check reviews on various sites and visited their office when I arrived in PV, I was based in Sayulita so I took the bus everytime, it was easy and cheap. I also visited other places and had other quotes, one that was triple less expensive but I chose Boca oficina because everything was spotless clean, the front office woman was so lovely, the dentist was calm and very nice and the reviews seemed legit. I had the work done in about a month total with appointments every few days, communication with them was easy and reliable with WhatsApp. They had an excellent woman specialist coming from Mexico city for my root canal, who was so calming and great because I was so stressed, shaking, couldn't sleep or eat prior the appointment. Overall I was very nervous for the whole process and everyone at this clinic was extremely patient, sweet and accommodating. All of that fear and stress for nothing because aside the little pressure from the needle, I did not feel a thing. Even the root canal was a smooth operation. After all the work was done I came back for few adjustments with fillings and night guard at no cost. Billing was clear and fair. Yesterday (a year after I had work done at Boca Oficina) I had X-rays and exam by my dentist in Canada and he said the work done was excellent and I had nothing that needed to be done or improved. I've paid a total of 4x less that my quote in Quebec and now have healthy teeth. Extremely happy with Boca Oficina, will definitely go back if needed. Thank you again!
Fast and affordable! We stopped by during our honeymoon for a cleaning, and they took us in almost immediately. They handled both of us quickly and professionally, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
My flipper broke the day before we were going to Puerto Vallarta. I reached out to multiple dentist hoping to get it fixed. I highly recommend this dental office! The clinic is very nice, well-kept, and comfortable. Parking is easy to find, which makes the visit stress-free. Dr. Federico is extremely polite, professional, and makes you feel at ease right away. The service is excellent from start to finish, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had!
My whole family comes here for dental cleaning. There’s 7 of us! Each visit is met with smiles and very kind staff interaction. Dentists are knowledgeable, gentle and speak English! Making appointments through text has been easy. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

I recently flew in from denver to get dental work done by Dr. Torres and couldn’t have been happier. Him and his staff were so professional and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. They were extremely transparent about pricing. I had a crown done on one of my front teeth and a veneer done on my other front tooth. Both look amazing. I will definitely be back if I need any more dental work!

It was a really great experience—my teeth feel so much better now. If I could give them six stars, I would! --- I had an appointment at 4:00 PM and arrived a little early. They were very punctual with everything. My phone kept trying to take me across the street in the wrong direction, so I called the office and they kindly helped me find the correct location. reached out again, trying to clarify this mess. They then told me that they mixed me up but I still shall find another clinic as they don't perform orthodontist work....communication and respond time is 1 star.and 0 star for the misleading advertising...I don't trust this place

To carry out any procedure with us, a prior consultation with a CT scan is required. This helps us ensure a reliable diagnosis and allows us to begin treatment based on our own evaluation. Unfortunately, when patients arrive with previous consultations, these do not always align with what we believe needs to be done. This is especially true when the dental case requires the involvement of multiple specialists: a maxillofacial specialist, an orthodontist, and a dental rehabilitation specialist. The staff is nice, the doctor speaks perfect English and all promises were met. And the price is less than half of what I would have paid in the USA. RECOMMEND HIGHLY. 💯

Our entire experience with Boca was fantastic from the very beginning. We inquired from Canada and received a response right away. Boca offered a couple of options supported by their recommendations. The entire process was much better than any visit we've experienced at a dental clinic at home. We would highly recommend trusting Boca with all of your dental care!
Now that's a 5-star experience! Excellent service. The attention was very good, as were the facilities. It's wonderful that they're covered by my dental insurance.

I went to this clinic for a crown, and the work was impeccable. Frederico is a fantastic dentist; he doesn't rush anything.
I had my teeth whitened here, but the hygienist (I didn't even see a dentist on site) only did the front 8 teeth and there isn't any difference in whiteness from the other teeth. I chose this dental office because of the reviews and am disappointed with my experience there.

We are very sorry to read that comment, our whitening protocol only allows us to place the material up to the Bicuspid area, it is not convenient to place it in more posterior areas, for safety reasons for the patients, but the protocol was carried out in the upper arch and lower arch, being twice as many teeth as you mention. Our Dr. (not a hygienist) completed the treatment and received a positive comment from you at that time, we are surprised that after a few days you changed your mind. Our main Dr. is in charge of other areas in Dentistry, perhaps that was the reason you didn’t have interaction with him during your visit. We always want our patients to leave happy with their dental treatment, you weren’t exception. Great place to fix your tooth! I had braces from back home, I couldn’t go back due some reasons. I found this place on google maps, and it was lucky find. Doctor helped me, with some last touches and he removed braces in 2 months. Explained everything what I need to do after. Excellent service from the team at Boca. I had damaged a tooth and needed a treatment at short notice before my wedding. Federico arranged to see me quickly and provided great care and remedial treatment. I would very much recommend.
