We arrived at the clinic and were received with a harmonious reception, smiles on their faces, and undoubtedly people interested in making us happy. Wow, I'm blown away! I used to be terrified of the dentist, but after meeting Dr. Victor and Dr. Maira, seriously, they have blessed hands, they're super attentive to their patients, I felt right at home, I loved their work. I underwent orthodontic treatment with Brazilian-made aligners. I also had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Victor. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery was also good. When I had my orthodontic evaluation, the dentist, Dr. Maíra, told me that she could resolve the issue with aligners and suggested a Brazilian brand, Crystal Aligner. satisfactorily. So the dentist paid for another Brazilian brand of aligners, Ortocad, and we redid the treatment. Despite the second attempt, the teeth are still not aligned satisfactorily. The dentist lacked the ability to create an adequate orthodontic plan and to critically evaluate the products and services of her suppliers. Even when I offered to pay more to solve the problem, she refused; she wanted to put on a fixed retainer anyway, which, out of common sense, I refused. Finally, she did not meet my requests and ended the treatment against my will without the desired result. In addition to a lack of technical skill, she lacked ethical commitment to me.

We use both domestic and imported aligners, and this affects the execution of the treatment. After making several refinements, we finalized your case, meeting its requirements: satisfactory alignment and occlusion. We emphasize that we have numerous successful cases with a high degree of satisfaction. It's a shame we couldn't meet your expectations, which go beyond reality and what this orthodontic treatment can achieve.
I received excellent service, with impeccable and attentive care from reception to clinical treatment. The place is comfortable and well-structured, providing a pleasant environment while waiting. The professionals are highly qualified, undoubtedly the best dentists in the region. I recommend them with complete confidence.
