I am extremely satisfied with my visit! The team is very attentive, kind and explains everything calmly and understandably. The office is clean, modern and well-equipped. I am extremely disappointed and outraged by my experience at this clinic and I definitely do not recommend it. The brace I was given for bruxism was wrong from the start. As a result, my teeth shifted — something I have never had as a problem. I am now forced to invest additional funds, time and nerves to correct the damage caused directly by their poor quality work. e perfectly aligned. I went with the goal of solving a problem (teeth grinding due to bruxism), and I left with a new one — a far more serious and completely unnecessary one. The most unpleasant thing about the whole situation is that after I contacted them with a request to examine the brace and correct it, I received no further feedback. I shared the problem, contacted them many times, but I have not received a response from them to this day (I have been waiting for over 1 month now.) Well, our communication has clearly stopped completely (not that there was any from their side), which clearly shows ZERO commitment and lack of any kind of responsibility towards the patient. Such an attitude is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and frivolous, especially when it comes to people's health. I am very disappointed and in no way recommend this clinic.

e little things like that that made the visit stand out. Whenever I had any discomfort, they made sure to take care of it right away, and were super friendly and attentive. I really value how patient-focused and communicative this clinic is. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m so glad I found a practice I can trust while studying in Bulgaria.

We had a dental tartar removal. I am pleased with the result and the attitude.
I visited the dental office and was extremely satisfied! The team is extremely professional, attentive and competent. The atmosphere is pleasant and conducive, and the attitude towards patients is at the highest level. All procedures were explained in detail, which made me feel calm and confident. When I went to Dr. Lazarova, she prepared a detailed analysis of all the teeth and who needed what. There was a tooth for root canal treatment and the clinic did everything possible to save it.
