a terrible phobia of needles and dental or medical procedures, and I'd been putting off for years the idea of having my wisdom teeth removed. In my mind, the fear was immense; I imagined the surgery would be awful, and that everything would be a disaster. The reality was very different: it did hurt, and it was intense, but it wasn't even half as bad as I had imagined. I sought help around 3:00 AM and arrived at Bixönt Dental with Dr. Luis Enrique Agüet at approximately 4:00 AM, staying until 10:45 AM. Throughout my visit, he made me feel seen, heard, and safe—something I had never experienced with other doctors, who practically called me ridiculous for saying I was afraid. Dr. Agüet understood that my fear wasn't an exaggeration, but a real phobia, and he made sure I felt calm every step of the way. I had four wisdom tooth surgeries: first, the two upper ones, which were very quick, between 5 and 10 minutes each; then, the two lower ones, which were a bit more complicated because they were severely impacted and required a slight bone incision to extract them. They also gave me a dental cleaning and removed the cavities that had formed in the area where they had previously placed fillings. Most importantly for me, they relieved the intense pain I was experiencing when I arrived. During the surgery, when tears and trembling started, he used a neck massager and gave me a few drops of clonazepam to help me relax. It was incredible how he combined professionalism and empathy. I left the clinic feeling calm and safe, even with a slightly swollen face. I have no words to express my gratitude for the patience, care, and humanity I received. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Luis Enrique Agüet; you can tell when someone loves their work and truly respects their patients. Thank you, Doctor, you make the world a little better. 🫶🏻

An excellent professional, she explained all the steps involved in the procedure and what the best option was for my health. In addition to her excellent follow-up and empathy, she didn't take long with each tooth extraction, between 5 and 8 minutes per tooth. In total, she extracted 4 teeth! An excellent service, highly recommended. I was traveling by road and contacted the doctor, who monitored me throughout the entire trip. Upon arrival, he provided excellent service. Since it was an emergency, he waited until very early in the morning to help me with my wisdom teeth. I would recommend going there; the attention and service are worth it.
