I am very satisfied. I came just for a consultation and I knew right away that I wanted to change dentist. And I don't regret it! The doctor is great, the staff and nurses are wonderful. Thank you for the beautiful smile :)

A big thank you also goes to his assistant Lucka. Kind, empathetic and very attentive, she creates a pleasant atmosphere that makes a huge difference. I would also like to highlight the receptionist Miška, always smiling, kind and willing to help with organizing appointments. I especially appreciate the comprehensive approach, transparency in explaining the treatment and costs and the emphasis on detail and aesthetics. The whole team seems well-rounded and professional, but at the same time human. The result exceeded my expectations. If someone is looking for quality care without stress, this is the right choice. procedure was painless. As soon as I entered the dental clinic, they took care of me at the reception and had a very kind and helpful approach, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor is a great expert whom I respect immensely - he does his work precisely, with a human approach and maximum care for the patient. I came to Košice from Prague and I can honestly say that it was worth it. The result is beyond my expectations. Demeter was not afraid of the challenge that was the condition of my teeth and reconstructed literally the impossible -)). At work they asked me where I had such nice teeth done -)) I just regret that I did not know about them earlier because many of the teeth that I no longer have could definitely be saved there. I have been going to the BioDent clinic for a long time and I am extremely satisfied. The entire staff is extremely kind, professional and helpful. The approach to patients is always human and sensitive, they patiently explain everything to me and take care of my comfort. The work is precise, painless and of a high standard. there and I was getting cavities. So I needed to add a filling to make the tooth taller. After her treatment, I only missed more of the healthy part of the tooth, and therefore it only damaged the original problem more. I was not satisfied and asked to change dentist. It was even worse with the second dentist, he suggested an overlay that would solve the problem, the overlay he gave me did not solve the problem again, because I still had a gap between my teeth in my bite, the first time I pointed it out to him he said he had gaps between his teeth too and that it was done well on his part. The problem continued and I pointed it out a second time when we agreed to change my overlay, they changed it for a bright white one, even though my teeth were not that shade. Honestly, even a blind person could see this. I mean, half of my tooth was shining every time I smiled. When I pointed it out to him again, he just made excuses about the technicians who delivered the overlay, of course I didn't care because I paid him for the work, not the technicians. Since I paid for it I was sorry that there was still some other problem with it, and we agreed to change it again. In short, they didn't get the shade right again, and they obviously didn't care. All they could do was make excuses for the technicians, while the dentist was the person who applied the overlay to the tooth and then applied it. During this process, applying 3 overlays to one tooth, my gum receded, and now I have a bigger problem than I had when I came to the clinic. I have yet to meet bigger slobs than this one. The worst part is that the clinic is relatively expensive for the quality they are able to deliver. Specifically, it was the dentist Demeter, and I don't even know the name of the dentist who works there. In addition, they also did some small cavities on me, which at first seemed to be no problem, but guess what. At the new dentist, with a diametrically different approach to work, they redid all the cavities done at Bio Dent. They showed me how rough and poorly filled the fillings were. Of course, this was my experience, the only reason I'm writing this is because I don't want anyone else to experience this. If you're considering a new dentist, I highly recommend Happy dent in Košice. The experience and professionalism of these two clinics cannot be compared.

I have had very bad experience with dentists the last couple of years, but I decided to go and give BioDent a chance. This is the best decision I have taken. I removed both of my upper wisdom teeth, it didnt hurt during the procedure or after. I was told that I might feel some pain the next three days, but I felt absolutely nothing. I was only a bit swollen. Definitely worth a visit! 10/10…
