I was there because of a serious foot infection. The hospital is very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly, and everything is explained very well. However, you have to pay before treatment starts, but that's probably the case everywhere.

I came to BIMC Kuta with severe allergies to the point of shortness of breath. I was panicked and scared. Thank you to the alertness of the medical team and doctors who were very professional in handling my condition until I recovered and was healthy.
