The socialization from BIMC Kuta Bali was very good, the officers who provided the material were good and easy to understand, we gained knowledge about first aid, and it was useful for us, the teachers of SMA Taman Rama Denpasar.

BIMC Kuta's First Aid training was very beneficial. Continued success, BIMC.
Enjoy the training. The teacher explains in a simple and easy to understand way and immediately gives examples of first aid handling.
NS DWIJA took care of me in many ways. I went in the middle of the night, but I was able to get a CT scan and other tests, so I feel relieved for the time being.
Ns. Dwija was incredible and made our experience here so easy and enjoyable even though we are sick and in pain. Thank you so much
This hospital has a comfortable layout, a calm atmosphere, friendly service and complete facilities, making patients feel more relaxed during treatment.

I suffered a serious injury to my fingertip in Bali and had a hard time finding a hospital because they didn't speak Japanese. Luckily, this hospital had Japanese staff and was able to help me. They were very kind and helpful from my admission to surgery, and even after returning to Japan, they kept me updated via LINE, which was great. I would definitely recommend this hospital to any Japanese…

As a parent, I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this hospital. My child was admitted with a high fever (above 38°C). Upon arrival, I informed the staff that my child was running a high fever and needed urgent assessment in the Emergency Department. Despite this, we were initially asked to wait, which was concerning given my child's condition. Later in the Emergency Department, my child…

ld required an IV line. I explained that my child had previously experienced IV infiltration in the same hand, and I requested that the IV site not be completely covered with full bandaging so that it could be monitored more easily. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, one of the nurses responded with a remark along the lines of: "If it were my child, I wouldn't want their hand being repeatedly poked with needles because the IV came out." As a parent raising a legitimate concern based on a previous complication, I found this response dismissive, judgmental, and lacking empathy. The most troubling incident occurred when I asked the on-duty doctor why antibiotics were being prescribed before the swab results were available. I was not refusing treatment or questioning the doctor's authority. I was simply trying to understand the medical rationale behind the decision. The doctor's response was unacceptable. The doctor became visibly angry, raised their voice, and slammed a file/folder in front of me. Patients and families have the right to ask questions and to receive clear explanations regarding medical treatment. No parent should feel intimidated for seeking information about their child's care. I reported the incident to the Manager on Duty, spoke with administrative staff, and submitted a formal complaint by email while my child was still admitted. I was informed that someone would come to my room to follow up on the complaint. However, no one came as promised, and meaningful follow-up was lacking. What disappointed me most was not only the behavior itself, but also the lack of accountability and responsiveness after the complaint was formally raised. A hospital's quality should be measured not only by its facilities and clinical services, but also by the professionalism, empathy, and respect shown to patients and their families. Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement in these areas. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the conduct involved and the way patient complaints are handled. The hospital promotes itself as operating under Australian standards. In my experience, respectful communication, empathy, and professional conduct fell far short of the standards that patients and families would reasonably expect from a healthcare institution making such claims.

The best ENT doctor I've ever met! I had a really bad earache, and the drops I brought with me weren't helping. I came to the clinic, and Dr. Chika was very nice. She showed me everything in detail, explained everything carefully, and was very helpful. I'm very happy with the doctor and the clinic. I highly recommend her.
