This hospital is highly recommended for those of you who want an MCU. It's clean, the nurses are friendly, and the doctors even explain things clearly. I really like it.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the doctors and nurses are friendly, and the place is clean and cool.
+ Excellent service from the front office staff, nurses, doctors, and security. + Very comfortable waiting room. - Parking is limited.
I would NOT recommend. Those people are treating symptoms not actual issue. Basically : here, take this pills. It might help. If not, come back…

not only excellent at their jobs but also incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive. Their encouragement and warm words made a difficult time much easier. The hospital is modern and very well equipped, and the level of medical care exceeded all my expectations. This was the first time I experienced such an extraordinary level of professionalism. Thanks to the outstanding care I received, everything went well, and I was able to leave the hospital fully recovered. I would like to express my special thanks to Dr. Made Dwi Yoga Bharata, Sp.B-KBD, whose surgical expertise and outstanding care made my successful recovery possible. I am also deeply grateful to Dr. Gede Surya Ambara, Sp.JP, the cardiologist, who always greeted me with kind words in Hungarian. His kindness meant more to me than words can express. I was admitted to the hospital with acute appendicitis. Unfortunately, we were told that no doctor could perform an ultrasound and only a CT scan (which involves radiation exposure) was possible. Furthermore, I had to wait in a room all night for the surgery because they first had to secure payment from the insurance company (money first, then action). quickly, and the surgery was performed the very next day. The staff is very friendly, but almost no one checks on you after the operation. I continued receiving intravenous fentanyl without any monitoring. The outcome was ultimately good, but the whole process was quite complicated.
Staff need to be trained better 4 females laughing to themselves for hours , no idea if patients are immediate emergencies, or in incredible pain ? or anything else , most hospitals will find out who should have priority? , sitting here now for 4 hours, disgusting service from the giggling staff .

I highly recommend this hospital for medical check-ups. The doctors are friendly, and I'm very satisfied with the service.
Unorganized hospital with no respect to appointment time. Staff at reception extremely cold and rude. If you ask a question they reply rude and try to blame anything else. Coffee machine so dirty, I couldn’t even drink anything while waiting 30+ minutes for my appointment.
I was hospitalised for 5 days and the emergency and general ward nurses and doctors were extremely kind, warm and reassuring . The security guards as well were really nice too . Also the food was extremely good for hospital food . It was really hard for me as it was the 3rd time i was hospitalised but their kindness changed everything . Thank you very much to all of you for your care and kindness.
Good Hospital with friendly staff
BMC Hospital provides excellent medical care with professional doctors and friendly staff. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I was impressed by the efficiency and the quality of service. Highly recommended
Today I attended first aid training and the service was excellent and friendly. Doctor Dinda's explanation was excellent.
The first aid training doctors and nursing team were friendly and the delivery of the material and practice was very good.
