I took first aid training. The explanations were excellent. Hopefully, this is helpful.
Overall, it is very good. The staff are helpful, providing information and assisting with my process of finalising the administration until the TB test. Very grateful.

team and staff treated us with unbelievable calm, warmth, and high professionalism. Their reassuring presence gave us peace of mind when we needed it most. The diagnostics (CT and MRI) were carried out quickly and thoroughly, and every step was explained to us with great care and competence. Thanks to their outstanding care and expertise, our son recovered quickly, and the team was extremely helpful in coordinating all necessary clearance documents ("Fit to Fly") for our journey back home to Germany. The doctors may generally look quite young, but don’t let that fool you—their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for addressing patients’ concerns are impressive. The hospital also provides first aid training and has long-standing experience in medical evacuation services, which adds to its capabilities, especially for patients who may require more complex medical support or international transfers. The prices may not be directly comparable to other hospitals, but in my opinion, the value you get is worth it. Overall, a hospital that offers a high standard of care, responsive staff, and strong international-level services. The only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging, especially during busy hours.
The hospital staffs are very patient and professional!
This place is a scam. I went here to do several tests - they overcharged me by $200+ and promised to refund the money as it was a mistake. Several months have passed and I didn’t receive the refund. They also stopped responding to my messages.

I went to their Emergency Room (ER), and despite the waiting area being almost empty, I had to wait for 4 hours. e ridiculously overpriced for such appalling service. If you need urgent medical care, do NOT come here. I highly recommend finding another hospital. Seriously, go somewhere else. I went to the Emergency Room (ER), and even though the waiting room was almost empty, I had to wait for a whopping 4 hours. The prescription was also strange, so I eventually had to call a doctor to my hotel. To make matters worse, the treatment costs are ridiculously high compared to this terrible service. If you need emergency medical care, I strongly recommend that you absolutely do not come here and go to another good hospital. If I could give zero stars, I would have definitely given zero.

A clean hospital with friendly staff
I strongly do not recommend this hospital. I paid around $1,000 for a PRP injection, and after the payment, I received no follow-up whatsoever. There has been absolutely no aftercare or monitoring of my recovery. Even when I contacted them again to ask for a follow-up because I am still in pain, I received no proper support or response. Very disappointing. Avoid this hospital

The service at BIMC is good, the nurses and doctors are friendly, the MCU room is clean, the toilet is clean and fragrant.
BIMC hospital is good for scamming tourists. I got eye infection because of rice insect and I wanted to see eye doctor. At the reception they told me consultation fees are 1 800 000 rp (around 100$) and she wrote amount on calculator after small discussion with her collegue. The service is very satisfying and the staff are very friendly.
Starting from the reception, the nurses, and the doctors are doing a great job. They are all very friendly and kind and great in assisting all of the patients. The hospital is very accommodating. I enjoy all of the service I've receive so far and wish nothing but the best for this hospital!
